I originally wrote this song years ago back in my early 20’s after moving from my home town to another city. I was going through allot in my life at that time and really felt alone. I was leaving everything I knew behind along with friends & family to start a new chapter of my life. It really wasn’t a planned move but something that I knew I had to do. Good things actually began to start happing in my life and I was feeling more accomplished than I had ever felt in my life. Now fast forward about 25yrs years later I have now officially given my life to God and throughout the previous 10 years or so in my life He has really opened my eyes to all the blessings He has given me in my life along with the new path He’s put me on allowing me to finally pursue my music. I feel that this song really represents how I’ve been feeling mentally & spiritually. It is a humbling and amazing feeling that you feel once you surrender your life to our Lord Jesus Christ.
